Masuda Shuzo, a sake brewery located in Tenri, Nara 🍶.
Driving through Nara, I had Tenri Stamina Ramen
I went to the brewery to have a bite to eat.
I left the warehouse reluctantly because there was no sign of people 🚙.
I just found it at my favorite liquor store.
First time I had it in my hands🤗
Junmai, brewed with 70 polished Hitomebore rice.
The owner of the brewery said, "It is a small brewery, but it is a very good and careful sake.
I was told that it was a good product.
Indeed, the flavor of pure unfiltered rice rides on the
It's so delicious 😋.
It has the strength and acidity of a traditional sake yeast yeast.
Good evening, Takubon 😃.
Whoa, that's a rhyme from Tenri❣️.
This is a small brewery, but they do their best to make good sake 😋.
I drank it a few times before my debut in Sakegawa👍
I can recommend it at my favorite local restaurant 😙.
I thought the president of this brewery passed away and they don't make sake anymore.... The toji (brewer) also moved to another brewery (Inada Shuzo) in the same city. I don't know if someone else is making it or if they are selling the remaining sake🤔.
It's dry, but not as dry as the sake rating. The umami and acidity are impressive. It also has a woody aroma.
I went to a liquor store far away because I wanted a bottle of Sei, but they didn't have it, so I bought Kurouemon Jurokuyo and this. I was also interested in the Aizan and the Okamacho, but my backpack was too heavy for them💦.
I went to a liquor store in Nara and didn't buy any Nara sake😅.
Well, you can get most of them in Osaka and Hyogo. If they had Kikushi or Yatagarasu, I would have bought it.
speechGood evening🌆
You've posted this before😺 Well, I've searched and can't find any information other than the fact that the president has passed away and the toji has moved 🤔.
It's almost out of stock at all stores😢.
Mild in aroma, fresh and refreshing on the palate.
The wine is sharp on the palate with slightly bitter elements, with firm acidity and rich, delicious volume. It has a pleasant complexity and grainy accents.
It is a standard Daiginjo with 50% polished rice. The rice is Ginbukiuki from Shiga. What is it? Hmmm, it feels wine-like. It's not fruity or spicy. It's not sweet and it's hard to describe.
It's great that they have a phone number on the back label, but for a small brewery it's a toll-free number. There are a lot of places that don't have a toll-free number, even the big ones.
