I thought the president of this brewery passed away and they don't make sake anymore.... The toji (brewer) also moved to another brewery (Inada Shuzo) in the same city. I don't know if someone else is making it or if they are selling the remaining sake🤔. It's dry, but not as dry as the sake rating. The umami and acidity are impressive. It also has a woody aroma.

The rice is polished to 50%, so it has a beautiful taste, but because you can feel various nuances, it doesn't feel like a daiginjo.

I went to a liquor store far away because I wanted a bottle of Sei, but they didn't have it, so I bought Kurouemon Jurokuyo and this. I was also interested in the Aizan and the Okamacho, but my backpack was too heavy for them💦.

I went to a liquor store in Nara and didn't buy any Nara sake😅. Well, you can get most of them in Osaka and Hyogo. If they had Kikushi or Yatagarasu, I would have bought it.

If you look at the Toji's Facebook page, he posted from a new brewery after he posted this sake, so it looks like this is his last sake.
