I have been drinking Asakai a lot lately because I like it, and I was happy to find it in the set I purchased online. I was happy to find it in the set I purchased online. It has a robust flavor that will not be defeated by red meat sashimi or thick stewed dishes, so it seems to go well with all kinds of food. I'll enjoy it with small sips.

After a series of Junmai Daiginjos, I sometimes want a very dry, full-bodied sake. So I chose this +10 Iwate sake. Ah, this is a dry sake that is easy to understand. It would be good lukewarm with a meal. I drank it cold. Alcohol level: 16-17 degrees Celsius Rice polishing ratio: 70 Sake degree: +10 Acidity: 1.50

The third drink is Suijin. Asa Kai's masterpiece. No, this is the real thing. Just like the name "Dai-harakuchi" (very dry).

Steamed rice aroma. Spicy or hot? Spirit-like flavor despite the 16% alcohol content.

On a business trip to Tokyo. I forgot to take a lot of pictures... I had a glass of the "Sake of the Year", which was a bit dry after a strong sweet sake, but it went down smoothly and was very tasty.

I ordered this sake because I had never had this brand before. I looked up the brewer and found that it was Asakai from Iwate, which I had heard of. When you take a sip, you first taste the spiciness, then the umami of the rice, and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing.

I drank a Junmai Dai-Harakuchi, which I don't usually drink! At first I thought it was nothing! But then it was spicy in the mouth! I️ was surprised at how spicy it was as it went down my throat! I am still learning about spicy sake 😁.
