Kakushi Ginjo Ginjo-shu: 60% polished rice ratio, 15% alcohol
Pear and apple on the nose. The taste is clear and smooth. It has a smooth, slightly weak sweetness and a light umami taste, followed by a refreshing acidity. There is almost no bitterness. It is sold in supermarkets and it is very cosmopolitan. It's more of a mid-meal drink.
I like it [B].
