Lunch is local eel, sometimes eel, sometimes
Sometimes I want to eat eel, roasted liver, and carp
I know you'll want to eat it 😊.
Sake is Akita's Yaesu.
It's very refreshing!
The owner and I talk about this year's economy, boxing, etc.
I talk with the husband about the economy this year, boxing ↪SFFA↩, and other topics.
I see... I wonder how the economy is going to be this year.
I wonder what the economy will be like this year?
We had it at a tavern.
It is at room temperature, but it has few peculiarities and goes in easily. I didn't feel it was too sweet or spicy. It went well with the food.
Yaeju Danrei
14~15% Brewing alcohol
A glass at my father's house. There's no mention of the polish, so I assume it's low-milling and a high percentage of alcohol.
First sip of the bottle.
The first sip. It's a little quirky.
It has a rustic taste. The quality of the sake is smooth, though.
It's not good cold.
Not good at room temperature.
It's okay to drink warm.
I didn't like this brewery's "Shirakami Sanchi no Shiki" very much, so I'd like to try their "L-Cup" cup sake.

For the record.
We had it with rice at a guest house full of seafood from Kujukuri.
The sweetness and spiciness are just right and elegantly combined, so you can drink more and more.
You can enjoy it with sashimi and other delicately flavored dishes. I could feel the fine taste of both sake and snacks.
I feel that salty food might spoil the goodness of this sake.
I stopped by a local liquor store on a walk and saw it chilling in a corner, so I bought some. I bought it because it was cheaper than Hakutsuru's freshly brewed sake.
I feel it has a soft and fluffy gentle taste, but maybe that's because it's cheap.
It made my dinner more delicious.
The aroma is mild, and although it is a Daiginjo, it has a strong flavor. The aftertaste is what you might call light and dry.
It is a sake that is easy to match with any meal.
At Oji's Senbero, Yamadaya. It's a little sweet, but it's smooth and refreshing to drink. The symbol of Yamadaya has been around for a long time. The clock on the pillar clock, the nostalgic atmosphere of the shop, the lukewarm sake that comes out of the gas heater, which is a rarity nowadays, the veteran waitress who is discreet about everything, and the good food.
Later, I drank one large and one small bottle without a hangover. That's Akita sake for you!
Asahi Shokudo is the best place to have lunch in Yokkaichi. The sake served there is Yae Kotobuki. It has a great flavor and creates a strong presence, but it is a wonderful partner that goes well with a variety of dishes.
Dry with a slight sourness. It is like water, but has a strong taste.
This is the three hundred and twenty-third bottle of the One-Cup-One-Pack Festival.
