I chose to get this one from the several bottles that were available! Yaeju! I've never had this sake before 🍶!
A little more refreshing than Takashimizu ❗Good with sashimi etc. ❗Would be good heated up 🎵.

We had it at a tavern.
It is at room temperature, but it has few peculiarities and goes in easily. I didn't feel it was too sweet or spicy. It went well with the food.

A glass at my father's house. There's no mention of the polish, so I assume it's low-milling and a high percentage of alcohol.
First sip of the bottle.
The first sip. It's a little quirky.
It has a rustic taste. The quality of the sake is smooth, though.
It's not good cold.
Not good at room temperature.
It's okay to drink warm.
I didn't like this brewery's "Shirakami Sanchi no Shiki" very much, so I'd like to try their "L-Cup" cup sake.

For the record.
We had it with rice at a guest house full of seafood from Kujukuri.
The sweetness and spiciness are just right and elegantly combined, so you can drink more and more.
You can enjoy it with sashimi and other delicately flavored dishes. I could feel the fine taste of both sake and snacks.
I feel that salty food might spoil the goodness of this sake.
