I asked for 2 gou of Tamanomitsu. It was served in a 2-gou tokkuri bottle. I couldn't ask for a bottle at a kappo restaurant in Kyoto, so I decided to drink it quietly! I don't know the specs, but it was Jungin, a refreshing sake typical of Kyoto! Last year at this time of the year, I had Tamanomitsu Hiyadoroshi at Takahitori in front of Kyoto Station! After finishing work in Osaka, I met up with my college juniors in Kyoto. O got his favorite Tokugetsu in Tokyo and brought it with him so that we could all drink it together. It made me smile too ☺️🍶 Knowing the secrets of sake This sake is brewed with 28% polished "Yukinosei" rice produced in Niigata Prefecture, which is descended from Koshiji Sasai on the mother's side and Koshihikari on the father's side.
