Temakizushi and Otters. The rice is polished to 20-30%. Thinking of the rice like a boxer who has lost all his weight before a match, we toasted. Sweet. But refreshing. The label is made of shredded Japanese paper and has a certain atmosphere. It is simply "Ottersai.

Spilled salmon roe and a plate of salmon roe at Hama Sushi. Not sweet, but dry with a hint of a tang to the nose. I had it in between highballs... 😆. Hama Sushi is divided into 100 yen, 150 yen, and 290 yen plates. They all offer cheap and inventive sushi. Great corporate effort👍😁. Rice polishing ratio: 65 Sake degree: +4 Acidity 1.5 Heat classification: Heat No package.

Home Izakaya Series 🏮✨ A bit dry and strong in flavor, but not much of an aftertaste. I felt it was a bit salty at the end. It feels strong for the strength of the alcohol content. Today I had it with a set of snacks from all over Japan, such as nigiri of yellowtail from Kanazawa, puffer fish tempura from Yamaguchi, etc... 😉. The package is a monochromatic picture of Jurakudai. Serious design. Appealing "Rakuchu lore". Not Fushimi. Why Juraku-dai? Is Sasaki Sake Brewery located near Juraku-dai? Sake meter: +3.0 Acidity: 1.3 Alcohol content: 15 Light, slightly dry

Hosting the izakaya at home series 🏮. This is...! I feel like I'm drinking sake. Sweet 😳 Luxurious 30% and 90%.... Sweet for a while. Thinking about the 60%10 that has been shaved off and disappeared......today I'm having scallop sashimi, amberjack and swordfish with a bowl of rice topped with pickled fish. Cheers to your home 🍶✨. 16 degrees. Simple Japanese paper style printed package.
