It is made from sake.
No brewing alcohol.
It was definitely sour if I drank it as is!
I mixed it with soda water 1:1.
The alcohol content is said to be 8-9%.
A refreshing and easy-to-drink yuzu liqueur.
...It has almost no sake flavor, though.
The aroma of yuzu is pleasant.
Good after a bath!
