I forgot to take a picture of the third stage.
It's a BY28 aged wine.
It smells and tastes like cheese, just the taste is mixed with a sweet taste of white wine, or pineapple, or something like that.
When it gets airy, the flavor becomes more like gorgonzola cheese, and it's like eating a snack when you're not eating a snack.
The aftertaste leaves a cheese-like taste, which doesn't disappear easily when you drink water.
