The color like old sake. Reminds me of Daruma Masamune sake. The taste is similar to Shaoxing wine. It goes well with unagi (eel) and cream cheese and toburi-gako (yellowtail). It seems to go well with roasted food.

It has a strong habit. It is similar to Yamahai Junmai, but This one is more refreshing. But anyway, it's easy to drink. The liquidity is silky. The acidity is calm and gentle, but strong. It's like a loose curve. Gentle taste I like

When I went there with the intention of buying it, I was told it was too peculiar and not recommended, so I tasted it. It's not bad, but I heard that it had a strong pickle-like flavor until it settled down after two weeks of opening, so I didn't buy it. It seems to be aged in the brewery.

It seems to be a commemorative sake for the opening of the Ise-Shima Summit, and there are a lot of sake from Mie Prefecture, but I wonder how long it will last? Rice used is unknown. I forgot to post this and my memory is a bit fuzzy. The Mie Nishiki I've had in the past has been a rather robust type, but this one seemed to be much more refreshing. It's no wonder they call it super dry, right? Any more than that... I don't remember it.
