It seems to be a commemorative sake for the opening of the Ise-Shima Summit, and there are a lot of sake from Mie Prefecture, but I wonder how long it will last?
Rice used is unknown.
I forgot to post this and my memory is a bit fuzzy.
The Mie Nishiki I've had in the past has been a rather robust type, but this one seemed to be much more refreshing.
It's no wonder they call it super dry, right?
Any more than that... I don't remember it.
