At Hiranoya, a long-established restaurant in Shinsekai.
There is no ashtray, and the restaurant's custom is to dump cigarettes at your feet.
A plate of 100-yen koya-tofu (dried tofu) and 180-yen hamo-bako (hamo skin).
The sake has a rather strong taste.
The sake has a very strong taste and hits the tongue.
Personal score 75
This sake is from the West Harima region of Hyogo Prefecture - Yamazaki-cho, Shiso City.
A town of clear streams in the mountains.
Pungent and sweet with a spiciness that works well from the start.
When you include the athetes, the sweetness expands a little and comes to catch you.
It is quite pleasant sweetness.
After that, the spiciness flutters loosely. The good taste makes you want to drink the next one.
How about if you heat it up?
The spiciness comes with a bang! At room temperature, the sweetness comes to catch it, but when warmed up, the spiciness comes to catch it.
The spiciness also goes from fluttering loosely to crisp and firmly disappears.
The flavor changes between room temperature and warmed. It is quite interesting.
The first noble sake to be tasted
The color is a clear, bright yellow.
The aroma is of mild rice and iodine.
The taste of fresh honey spreads in the mouth.
The taste of rice and a pleasant bitterness follow it.
The aftertaste is long.

Red rice, which is believed to have been dedicated to the gods, is used. Compared to today's rice, it contains more vitamins and protein, and has the unique wine-like flavor of red rice.
I drank it on a trip.
I drank it with a nice meal after taking a hot spring bath, so I can't really give you a proper impression of it, but it was delicious without being peculiar! It goes well with meals!
I'd like to drink it on a regular basis.
I received this from a senior who lives in the birthplace of sake. In the old days, it was offered to the shogun or not? It went well with sashimi of white fish.
It's not "Itami Laomatsu" but "Shiso Laomatsu". I bought it at Yamato Yasiki in Kakogawa, Japan, the same as the crane in the sky. It is made of Hyogo Yume Nishiki. It has almost no aroma. The aroma is almost non-filtered. Hmmm.... Maybe next time I'll try it at room temperature.
