We received it as a souvenir from Kyoto!
It was a really delicious sake with the refreshing taste of Junmai Daiginjo, but with enough umami.
On the Shinkansen on the way back from a business trip to Kyoto.
Mild ginjo aroma with a hint of alcohol.
The taste is light, slightly aromatic and dry.
When drinking it in a can, it is nice that the aroma comes in a flurry when the can is opened.
It is also good to drink on the way home from a business trip to feel the end of the business trip.
