This sake is said to be made by young men coming of age in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture, who start by growing their own rice! The sake rice is Yume-no-Ko. It has a juicy flavor reminiscent of grapes and pineapple, but also has a bitter and sour taste! It also has a grain aroma and a spicy aftertaste! It tastes rough and youthful, just like a young man's energetic taste!

Drinking Gifu's local sake 2024 in Osaka and afterwards ④. Sake ordered by Nemuchi-san. Fukushima Prefecture's first sake. Iwaki City brewery Polishing ratio 60% Yume no Koka Utsukushima dream yeast I think it is sweet, but somewhat classic After this, I forced Nemuchi-san to take me to a liquor store on Ota Road and we went to Mita Noodle Shop to eat tsukemen (noodles with dipping sauce) and went back to Takashimaya to buy sake in a sticky state 🤣. There was a case where the Sake-no-wa police were dispatched, but I won't go into details 🙄.

At the inn in Iwaki Yumoto Onsen. Local Iwaki city Amano-no-Tsubu is used. When drunk cold, it is slightly sweet, but as it gets tepid, the acidity of the rice comes out. Goes well with sashimi.
