As the temperature rises, the rice flavor becomes stronger, but the sweetness also becomes stronger.
The muscat flavor that I felt when it was cold disappears.
The acidity is quite impressive, and as the name "cool" implies, it has a cool and refreshing feeling.
Overall, it is a very unique sake including the specs.
The more you drink it, the more addictive it becomes.
It is said to be made with 1801 yeast and has a Sake meter of +2.
When you drink it again, it has a strong sweet taste and a strong sour taste.
