Edo period (@_@) I admire the continuous efforts and wisdom of the people who have kept this taste and this brewery alive since time immemorial. That is why we can enjoy this taste now. Opened on December 8, 2021 Azumamine Shuzo, Iwate Purchased at Koyama Sake Shop It has a very refreshing aroma. Like a mint! Soft and sweet❗️Fluffy and gently enveloping like cotton candy^ ^^Swooshing and absorbed by the tongue and throat😁. I think I prefer a wine glass ^ ^. I don't need a snack! Maybe just this one ^ ^ ^.

Miyamanishiki 50%. There is a fizzy feeling on the tongue. As it gets to room temperature, the fizzy feeling disappears and the taste becomes sweet, similar to our Spring. I like to drink it cold with a meal.

"Would you like to start with a beer? No, I don't have time, so I'll start with sake. I could finally drink Iwate sake (^^) It is a light, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is a little sweet. This sweetness is the unique taste of Miyamanishiki. It's delicious.
