Edo period (@_@) I admire the continuous efforts and wisdom of the people who have kept this taste and this brewery alive since time immemorial. That is why we can enjoy this taste now. "Would you like to start with a beer? No, I don't have time, so I'll start with sake. I could finally drink Iwate sake (^^) It is a light, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is a little sweet. This sweetness is the unique taste of Miyamanishiki. It's delicious.

味がしっかりしていて、割と辛かった。スッキリしている。本当にちょっとだけどガス感があった。四合瓶で¥1,600ほど。

美山錦50% 濁ってますねぇ酸味ガッツリ。雑味をほとんど感じない。スッキリ系でした。結局同行者の九平次うすにごりと交換しました(笑)
