All the way from fukuoka pref. J. Daiginjyo with a light taste, med dry, alcohol. A good drink to pair with some nigiri, enchance the shoyu taste even more tasty. A light snack, after a day of working. Fresh salmon and Hon Maguro nigiri, best pairing for this drink. Here is the spec.... After work drink. Need a good one. The covid, is messing things up again. .... Masumi... From Nagano Ken. Junmai with a good taste. Smell of alcohol, in your mouth, Abit harsh, as gulping down, has a light sweetness, medium finish, lightly dry. Cost efficient for a Junmaishu, drinkble. Cheap and very good for all range of drinkers. Like it in reishu.

A recap... First encounter a brand from Nagano, being recommend by a friend, (Cindy San) from Nagano. A brewery that makes more of a Junmai class sake. This kinmon Nishiki, uses soft water 💦 to make its brew. Super drinkble, soft aroma, when down a choko, it glides down your throat. Without any resistance (Sibarashi). The sake that I drink, is also a sake that I sell. Heard of it, the brewery has cease operation. Here's the spec.... Dry/sweet. Normal SMV +1 Acidity 1.9 Semaibuai 65% Alc 15%

A recap, on a Niigata drink. Fond memories of drinking this bottle. Not a newest one, but a few years back (4-5 years) ago, just when I started to have a intrest on a drink call Nihonshu. Brings out the curiosity in me, to search n try as many good drinkble nihonshu. Here's the spec... Class Tokubetsu Honjozo SMV. +3.5 Acidity 1.4 Semaibuai 60% Alc 15.4%

A low level entry drink. Josen, with a good light feel, non Sweet, Abit dry(Just Abit). Not much to shout about on this, but is good to get drunk with its price n drinkble taste. Almost, not completecated to understand this drink. A good change of brand from your usual price drink, that you like. Gone you covid 19. Be gone, so we all can have a good drink

From a kyoto brewery. A dry tasting drink, is one of the kind brew, that has a bitter yet smooth finish. A good comparison between some sweet, aromatic, sour drink that I like. Drinkble, but needs some snacks to accommodate the session of drinking. A good drink, once a while to change your palate

Cheap, cheap and cheap nihonshu. Akita San nihonshu, is to look out for. The takashimizu is very drinkble, can't get enough of it. All range of temperature 🌡️ is good. Good for reishu, nuru are my preference. A all rounder. Perfect for beginners and heavy drinkers that enjoy the quality n price. Glad to have gotten this brand from Akita. Superb taste.

Got a bottle of wakayama nihonshu. Not familiar to me this brand. Taste wise is ok, drinkble, not too complicated on the palate. Nice and easy drinking with a good aroma on the palate and a good after taste sweetness that spreads evenly going down. Medium finish and Abit dry. It lacks something when drink alone. Need some snacks that pair with it

Very drinkble nihonshu from Yamagata prefecture. Very smooth on the palate, with a slightly sweet mouth feel. After taste, detected a very fimilar flat gazziness with a short finish. A drink I would to pair it with some deep fried snacks, super dangerous, cause u can finish off a bottle without knowing it's gone.
