Yamagata Tatenokawa Shuzo Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjo Seiryu 50% (50%) -2 Dewa Sanzan 14.5 degrees Celsius The aroma is not pungent, there is a sense of rice and acidity. The taste is sour and has a strong rice flavor, similar to Sawanoi, but with a thick, robust sweetness and a spicy aftertaste.

The taste is pear-like and slightly sweet, similar to Seiun Shuzo's daiginjos, and the aftertaste is very easy to drink, as it seems to disappear quickly. It tastes like cotton candy.
