I drank it chilled and it's a very Sarah clean and sweet sake.
It has almost no complexity and is a bit lacking in a single taste (;*).
I looked it up on the internet and had it on the rocks with lemon juice.
Finally, I had it at room temperature, but the taste changed.
I realized again how difficult it is to taste sake.
Well, if it tastes good...

The sweetness and umami are slight, with some tingling and bitterness.
The aroma is rather assertive and leaves a lingering aftertaste.
The bitterness is suppressed in a little lukewarmness, and it is a sense of deliciousness and a sense of cleanliness. It's delicious (^o^)/.

I feel like we have a BBQ every year on the day of 24 hour TV.
We ate grilled seafood.
