Well, it is sweet. Brewing forest.
Sweet and sour.
Sake that really has the feel of a modern style.
I think I'm getting a little tired of the sourness from the sweetness lately.
I think I can enjoy it if I just drink sake in peace.

The picture is blurry.
Suiyu is another brand of sake produced by Ryoseki Sake Brewery in Hanayu.
The quality of the sake is gorgeous and has a strong flavor.
The specs are not disclosed much, so we don't know the rice, yeast, and other details.
However, I think there must be a flow of Hanamupu.
It is well-balanced and can be enjoyed at different temperatures.
It is a sake I would like to have at home.

An unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made from Akita Sake Komachi.
I wonder if the "hanging shibori" is the same as "shizuku shibori".
I wonder if it is the same as shizuku-shibori.
It has a rich aromatic flavor with a hint of ginjo aroma from the squeezing.
It was an elegant sake with a sweet aroma, typical of Akita Sake Komachi.

The standard model of Nanamizu. Junmai Ginjo spec.
The label says it has a sweet apple-like aroma, and the ethyl caproate is strongly present.
It may be a little too sweet, but the acidity and slight bitterness in the second half balance it out.
I wonder if it would be a little different if it were open-mouthed.
I would like to drink it again.
