The usual one. I need to drink this to end summer, so I can welcome autumn without a care in the world. lol Takachiyo is a fruity, juicy drink, so I usually drink it at the beginning of the season, but today I dared to order it at the end. I was surprised that it tasted more like bonito soup stock than juicy. It goes well with oden, strangely enough. A new discovery👍 KPRating [A+]
The confidence that they can produce this unfiltered pure sake is incredible. The aroma and taste is outrageous with no water added.
The aroma is a little bit of yogurt. The flavor swells in the mouth, and it doesn't spread out too much, but simply disappears. But the flavor and sweetness of the rice stays in the mouth lightly. Exquisite. You can feel only the good part of Alsoe. KPRating [A+]
This was the first restaurant I found while passing by. Great line up, and the first drink was at Hana Yuu! When I got excited about it, it was out of stock, so I went for Machida. Gorgeous and juicy Omachi Tokujin. It's lightly gorged and juicy, and the 55% polished rice gives it a great balance. It's as good as it gets!
