The confidence that they can produce this unfiltered pure sake is incredible. The aroma and taste is outrageous with no water added.
The aroma is a little bit of yogurt. The flavor swells in the mouth, and it doesn't spread out too much, but simply disappears. But the flavor and sweetness of the rice stays in the mouth lightly. Exquisite. You can feel only the good part of Alsoe.
