14th glass👍 This sake is brewed with Okayama Asahi rice✨ I love Asahi rice myself 😁. This is my first time to drink Shiragiku's Asahi rice as I never had a chance to drink it 😊. It has a gentle sweetness, umami, and finishes with a bitterness 😁. It is also fruity and delicious 😊.

The 11th glass is Mute Mukan 😁. This sake is made from "Hinohikari". Hinohikari is delicious as rice, but I was curious to see what it would be like as a sake ✨. So I tried it and found that it has a great balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity 😁. Clear and easy to drink, it's a good sake👍

My 9th cup was a drunken whale 🍶. This is the "Ya" I got at the brewery festival earlier 😊. It's a good sake, the aroma is just amazing 😁 the fruity ginjo aroma comes rushing in 😊. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, it's a sake you want to drink slowly ✨.

6th cup 😁. Here's the Biyou ✨ Yumehisa is a very expensive sake 😊. When you drink it, you'll notice the fruity ginjo aroma, the mouthfeel is smooth but the rice flavor is firm, the acidity is gentle, and it finishes dry 🍶... 🍶. It's so clear because it's only 30% polished rice 😊. I'm probably the second time I've put it up here ✨.

Now for the 5th glass, Tosa Shiragiku 😁. This sake is a yet-to-be-released product that will be available next month ✨. This is Shiragiku's first Aizan, so expectations are high👍. When you drink it, you'll notice the gorgeous sweetness that is typical of Aizan, and then the lightness that is typical of Shiragiku 😊. For a moment, I was like "hmmm? This is interesting and delicious 😁. ✨

Today, I participated in the "Meishu no Banquet" 😁. Every year at the end of September, the Tosa Sake Brewers Association and the breweries volunteer for this event ✨. This time, 11 breweries participated and each brewery brought a lot of good sake👍! And all you can drink 🍶! After the greeting by the president of the sake brewers association, we will have a toast 😊. We also get sake for the toast from our favorite breweries👍First, we chose the Toyonoume Junmai Daiginjo-Shizuku-shu 😊. This is delicious with a gorgeous ginjo aroma, elegant sweetness and gentle acidity 😁. I tried my best to take pictures...I couldn't make the last one...but I'll upload only the pictures 👊.
