This sake is made from "Hinohikari".
Hinohikari is delicious as rice, but I was curious to see what it would be like as a sake ✨.
So I tried it and found that it has a great balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity 😁.
Clear and easy to drink, it's a good sake👍
