The second cup is also left to you. With red squid sashimi from Shikinejima. The plate comes with egg omelet, gari, and geso, and this alone is highly satisfying👍. Tanaka Rokugo is still a good sake. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😌. Drinking at home is good, but the real pleasure is to drink outside and enjoy the professional taste that cannot be imitated at home.

Stopover at Akabane Station. One of my favorite stores is Sorobo Brewery. I was sucked in. I left it to them first. He asked me, "Is there any sake you don't like? I was asked. As long as it is not too sweet or too strong in aroma. I answered, "Yes. Kamo Kanehide's dry special junmai. Red label. It has a nice crisp dry taste with a slight bubbly sensation. This is good👍.

Super dense and slightly dry. It doesn't have the glamour of today's wines, but the intense richness and flavor spreads to the palate. A little bit of acidity tightens the tongue. I could drink this all the time. It has been a long time since I have encountered a great sake.

Rich and dry. The taste is light on the tongue. It is light on the tongue and finishes dry and refreshing. It doesn't have any special characteristics, but on the other hand, it is an excellent sake-within-a-sake. I hadn't heard of this sake before, but I think it deserves more recognition.
