やまおろし
Rich and dry. The taste is light on the tongue. It is light on the tongue and finishes dry and refreshing. It doesn't have any special characteristics, but on the other hand, it is an excellent sake-within-a-sake. I hadn't heard of this sake before, but I think it deserves more recognition.
