A drink after work✨ A drink at the end of the night with sake that I couldn't give up on at the last minute when I went to Sendai ✨. According to the shopkeeper at the store where I bought it, it is a rare sake from Katsuyama Sake Brewery that is very thick and sharp. I took a sip at the tasting and it was so thick! I think it is recommended to drink it on the rocks with ice, but I liked it just as it was without ice ✨. It's so thick, yet so smooth, you can drink it by itself or with rice 😋. Anyway, it is very strong! I found a nice drink...

Remembering the Dewazakura Sake Brewery's "Sakurabana Ginjo-shu" which I had drunk in the past and opened 300ml during the meal because of its refreshing taste, I chose the unfiltered, unpasteurized, raw sake type Dewazakura this time: ☺️ I saw on the internet, "Yamagata sake made with Yamagata rice, Yamagata yeast and Yamagata water!" I was so excited and thought, "This is Yamagata's paradise! I was so excited and took a sip✨. The taste is so rich and the sake is so smooth on the nose! ✨ Tasted and sipped it down 🍶. It goes great with sashimi 🙌! I want to try other Dewazakura too!

Bunkaka Yokocho drinking on a trip to Sendai. The purpose of the trip was to learn about Miyagi's sake. Mitsumasa Mitsumasa Karakuchi Junmai Ginjo Orikagarami Hon Nama" with the original label of Shintan Brewery's "Inbaku Shuwaya". It was refreshing and very tasty, but I was told that it is a limited edition and is rarely available... I can't really find it even if I look it up... I want to drink it again. I wonder where I can get it...
