The third drink at the izakaya was an Akita sake. It was crisp, dry, and delicious. I should have had it in the opposite order from the second glass.

First drink after beer at an izakaya. I had ordered sashimi, so I went with the classic Hidakami. It is crisp, dry, and goes well with light dishes. It was delicious.
