I haven't had a drink even though I was in Iwate on business quite a bit.

Polishing ratio 60 じゅんさんThe highlight of the day's sake, Kabashiko (産土の香子).
Pink and aromatic. It was pink and aromatic, and had the gaseous feel of a draft sake. I thought it would be sweet because of its color, but it was anything but. It has a beautiful fruity aftertaste!
Delicious. But it is a bit expensive to drink at a restaurant.
With bacon steak marinated in sakekasu.

Alcohol content : 13%. じゅんさんIraka sake brewery was established in 1665. This is the second edition of the first time drinker Iraka. Silver and indigo.
A little dry but clear sensation.

It is spicy and dry, with an unobtrusive sharpness that is perfect as a mid-meal drink. It goes well with pickles.
