The highlight of the day's sake, Kabashiko (産土の香子).
Pink and aromatic. It was pink and aromatic, and had the gaseous feel of a draft sake. I thought it would be sweet because of its color, but it was anything but. It has a beautiful fruity aftertaste!
Delicious. But it is a bit expensive to drink at a restaurant.
With bacon steak marinated in sakekasu.
