I wanted a certain sake and bought it when I went to Kanda-ya, a sake shop nearest Hirakata Koen station. I thought on my own that it was near the station, but I walked past Hiraparu and near Route 1 💦 about a 15 minute walk?
The liquor store is open on Sundays 🎵.
Brands handled include Kuroemon 16, Kizan, Mizuo, Shinomine, Kaze no Mori, Kido, Tamitsu, Kameizumi, Raku no Se, Daisenji Shiragane, Kurumazaka, Iyo Kagiya, etc.
Clear and gentle sweetness. Impressive acidity. Slightly fruity. Citrusy?
I imagined it to be a bit sweeter, but it was light and refreshing.
I think the Akaban Omachi I drank before was sweeter.
When I drank it again, I felt it was spicier than the Yamanoi I opened the same day.
Even after a few days, the aroma and nose are very fruity!

I've had Tamitsu Kami no Ho and Omachi, and it's true that Kami no Ho is more refreshing 👍I also think I like Omachi better 😆.

I don't think there are too many distributors for Tamitsu either.... I drank Hokosugi and Dashing no Kami no Ho, but the taste is completely different from brewery to brewery, so I can't really understand the trend of rice-derived taste 😅.
