いりみちThis is a sake to support the recovery from the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
Sakurada Sake Brewery in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, was hit by the earthquake. Miraculously, the sake rice that survived the disaster is brewed with Kurumata Shuzo's sake rice, and blended with a small amount of Dakei Junmai that remained under the brewery. Profits will be used to fund the reconstruction of the Sakurada Brewery.
The taste is as expected of Tengumai. いりみちWith a 55% ratio, it is quite refreshing.
