It has been a while since I was in Echigo-Yuzawa and I am glad to have found a good sake bar like Yamashin as well as Ponshukan in the station.
I recommend it. ヒラッチョFor my third drink, I requested something only available here, which was Shirataki in my hometown of Yuzawa (famous for Kozen Nyosui).
It was a sake called Black Country, a test brew with unknown specs.
I was not sure if they make this kind of sake, since I have a strong image of Kouzen Nyosui.

If you are in Echigo-Yuzawa, you can go to Yamashin for sake from Ponshukan, Nakanoya for hegi-Soba, and if you want to go to a hot spring ♨️, I think it is the best place👍 ヒラッチョWe decided to have another drink in Echigo-Yuzawa and went to a sake bar run by a liquor store.
