Takachiyo, the standard brand of Takachiyo's brewery.
It is dry with just the right amount of umami.
Master says it is safe to have in the fridge.
He says it is also good heated.
The master's forensic eye from a liquor store's point of view and his grasp of the quality of sake by actually drinking it is quite good.

If you are in Echigo-Yuzawa, you can go to Yamashin for sake from Ponshukan, Nakanoya for hegi-Soba, and if you want to go to a hot spring ♨️, I think it is the best place👍
