It has a green apple-like aroma and a beautiful mouthfeel. The gradation of clear sweetness, light acidity from the rice flavor, and refreshing bitterness (I imitated it 😋) is irresistible. It was still a well-balanced and delicious sake😍. ma-ki-Good evening, ichiro18!

Thank you 😊I used a gradient 😉 Natura has a few Italian restaurants around here. There was also a Jikin and an Imi bottle, but it was in the five figures 🤣🤣. 
ichiro18Musashi-Kosugi is known for its natura! There are a variety of restaurants, but I happened to find this Japanese restaurant on my way to the first one, and it seemed to have a good selection of sake, so I stopped by for the after-party 🍶.
The restaurant is very calm and relaxing, and I ordered a Banshu Aizan from Collage, which was not in season, but they said they could prepare it for me because they were finished with the other saikyo-yaki.
The aroma is fruity and gentle on the palate, with a hint of melon. The aroma is like melon. It has a moderate sweetness, umami, and sharpness. It finishes with a touch of bitterness 😆.
