Here, we ordered an additional side dish... [dried tofu and pak choi with Chinese dressing], a dish of dried tofu, pak choi and Chinese pickles with Chinese dressing, which could be mistaken for noodles for a moment. It is a must-have for those who love pak choi 🥰.
Shinomine is sharp, clear, and refreshing...perfect for summer sake 😋and it went well with this snack and made my mouth feel refreshed.

The label says it has a banana flavor...and I can kind of identify the aroma and taste.
I think it is a light, slightly sweet sake with a slight tingling sensation on the tongue characteristic of nama-shu 😋.

We started with this sake 🤗It had a subtle ginjo aroma, and on the palate, it was a crisp, dry sake with a slight acidity.
