The first time I went to the restaurant, I had a great time.
It's fruity and the rice flavor is so good that I drank it right away 💨.

It was the first Hiroki for some reason.
The label was kind of too masterful and had a stiff image.
I felt a fluffy sweetness, which quickly flowed smoothly and gave way to bitterness and alcohol.
The taste is quite light.

The second drink was Tenbi's Tokujun✨!
At this time, it was after the news of Mr. Fujioka's resignation, so I took my time drinking it, thinking it would be the last time I would be able to drink it.
It was fire-aged, but the balance of freshness and umami was so good that I drank it right away 🍶.
