The wife said we would have nabe because it was a bit cooler today, so I thought about what to make from the stock of sake in our fridge 😀.
The soup stock was from Tenka Ippin, a famous ramen shop in Kyoto 😀.
The flavor is very robust, so I chose Banshu Issen, which I think is the most robust flavor in our house 😀.
Yes, you are right 😃.
It was very tasty 😀.
But what surprised me more than that was the Kamikawa Taisetsu we opened yesterday 🙄.
It tasted better with nabe than with yesterday's dish 😀.
Sake tastes different depending on the food it is matched with... Sake is so deep that I can't catch up with it 😅.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
The same liquor tastes so different in different cases, I try not to change the temperature as much as possible, but I still can't keep up with the change in taste 😓.
I originally like junmai sake, where you can taste the sweetness of the rice 😀.
But for some reason, most daiginjos are more expensive than junmai daiginjos😅.
So, I tried to try to find a Daiginjo that I don't usually choose.
I tried to give it a shot 😀.
I didn't want to miss out too much, so I tried my favorite Kido Daiginjo 😀.
It was refreshing and tasty... but I still thought the Junmai Daiginjo Kido was even better 😅.
For the time being. For the time being... I think I'll stick to junmai type sakes 😀.
I apologize for the continuous posting over the past few days.
I found an app called Sake-no-wa and have been posting the sake I have been recording in an attempt to document all the sake I have started this year, and I have finally been able to record all of them.
The last in the series of posts is a sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, my hometown.
I knew that all the sakes from Yamaguchi Prefecture are definitely delicious.
From today on, I will only be posting in real time, so please keep up the good work.
Hello, Yasube.
I see that you have been keeping track of this before you started sakewa: ⤴️
I think I saw on sakéwa that all the xxx beauties are delicious 🎵
Lovely post on your love of local sake ✨.
Looking forward to more posts from you😊.
Thank you for your comment, ma-ki.
I had only taken pictures for my own records, but I liked ³"Sake no Wawa³" so I entered all the pictures I had taken and saved for now.
I look forward to working with you in the future.
Hi Yasbee 😃
Welcome to the world of Sake no Wa 🤗
As a result of the sakewa spy 🕵️, it seems that you are not drinking Senkou 😆 so please keep in touch with us 👋
Thanks for your comment, Jay & Nobby.
Yes... the one I'd like to try most right now is Sengoku, and the others are Shinmasa, Jikin, etc...
I'll try to find it patiently, as it's not often found in the stores I frequent.
Keep up the good work.
I drank at home on August 27.
This year's first autumn sake hiyaoroshi is my regular Kido.
I was able to enjoy the four seasons in the sequence of Spring Kaorukaze, Summer Gale, and Hiyoroshi, and I think it had the most robust flavor.
Personally, I liked the gorgeousness of Spring Kaorufu the best, but...
I was surprised.
I had assumed that Kochi sake was dry, but I had no idea this kind of sake existed in Kochi.
The store staff recommended it as a sweet sake, but until I drank it, I wondered if it was really sweet.
It was not only sweet, but also had a strong fruity flavor.
I am looking forward to seeing them again as they will not be back in stock for a while after this shipment.
