The wife said we would have nabe because it was a bit cooler today, so I thought about what to make from the stock of sake in our fridge 😀. The soup stock was from Tenka Ippin, a famous ramen shop in Kyoto 😀. The flavor is very robust, so I chose Banshu Issen, which I think is the most robust flavor in our house 😀. Yes, you are right 😃. It was very tasty 😀. But what surprised me more than that was the Kamikawa Taisetsu we opened yesterday 🙄. It tasted better with nabe than with yesterday's dish 😀. Sake tastes different depending on the food it is matched with... Sake is so deep that I can't catch up with it 😅.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 The same liquor tastes so different in different cases, I try not to change the temperature as much as possible, but I still can't keep up with the change in taste 😓.
