Sake brewed at the Hiroshima Fermentation Joint Research Association with the same specifications of "Hiroshima Satake Shin Gin Seibai", "Senbon Nishiki", "Yeast KA1-25" and "Maruhiro Koji".
Compared to Shinrai and Ryusei, I think it has more gusto. Also, it has a strong acidity.
