アザラシ3合The second glass (≧▽≦)♪ I'm glad I got this one after the Mutsu Hachisen I had earlier! This one has more rice and umami, and it seems to accompany the meal, making it an appropriate sake for the middle part of the meal! This one is also very tasty!
With fried eggplant and dashi-daikon radish!
Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 16%. アザラシ3合I'm drinking at a restaurant outside, Mutsu Hachisen Red Label, which is rare... ♪ I had a beer at a restaurant for lunch today, too.
It has a yellowish tinge to it, and when you drink it, you can feel the sweet aroma softly wafting into your nose, and the aftertaste disappears in no time at all! I have loved this taste since I started liking sake! It's so delicious, I think it will be gone before the first item arrives.
With assorted sashimi, raw oysters on the shell, thick fried tofu, and burdock tempura!
