I saw this zodiac label🐉 a few times at Sake no Wa and thought it was adorable 😆 Sentori snowman-like acidity and freshness ✨ Pear-like🍐 aroma is pleasant. Maybe a little bit strong seme smell. It was also accepted in the curry porridge to finish the seri nabe 🎉.

Warmed up with ♨️ It is spicy and a little bitter. It has a strong rice flavor and is easy to pair with a meal. It has a sense of maturity with its R3 brewing year. The label on the back says it can be mixed with soda, so I'd like to try it next time I come across it 🤔.

First time I had the highly reputed Shinshu Kamerei 🐢 at Sakegawa 😆 Very beautiful sake ✨. Very beautiful sake ✨, well balanced. Sweet, fruity, cassis? It was a sake that was not only good on its own, but also accompanied by a meal 🎉.

Junmai Unrefined Unpasteurized Nama Sake🍶807 Series Omachi from Okayama Prefecture🌾.
807 series with 80% low milled rice and No.7 yeast 🤔 The smell of cemedine is a bit harsh 😅, dry and sharp ✨. Shime saba🐟 reduces the seme smell a bit and makes it easier to drink.
