bouken
I bought it at a liquor store that I've walked by many times but this is the first time I'm going in.
Meidi-ya is located in the Juso shopping district.
It has the atmosphere of a local liquor store, but stocks only well-known brands. They have an Instagram, but it is not updated very often. They carry Shinomine, Mimurosugi, Lifen, Katsuyama, Miyuyu, Okuharima, Tatenogawa, Amami, Kido, Saku, Sagaminada, Ishizuchi, Ganuki, Koshinotaka, etc. Ganki will have original products after the new year.
Fresh and fruity. A little gassy? Refreshing cider-like atmosphere. Sweet, bitter, spicy, all in good balance. A gorgeous sake. This would certainly go well with sushi. The price is also very reasonable for such a polished Yamada-Nishiki, so it's easy on the wallet.
I think it hits the perfect point of being refreshing but not too refreshing.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy.
I don't know, I've never had that much Hidakami, but do you post sushi stuff every time? The last one I drank also had sushi stuff written on it😅

It's usually a sushi item, or a fish, or an image of the sea, and it usually says, "If you're going to do it with fish, it's going to be hikakami 🤣.

Mr. bouken, good evening❗️
I didn't know there was a liquor store in Juso 😲.
It's not easy to find this product in Osaka, so I'll try it next time I'm in the area 🚃.
