Senkou UA Snowman The design is really cute. The aroma is more complex, richer and more fashionable than the unbranded snowball! And the word "assemblage" is already fashionable. You can feel the fermentation like yogurt and cheese. If unbranded cheese is fresh cheese, this one tastes like aged Gouda cheese. It is Jikin Tokkami Omachi. I won the lottery, which I thought there was no way I would win anyway, and for the first time in my life I bought such an expensive, good, and special sake. I was very worried about when to drink it and what to drink it with, but since they shipped it at such a good time, I thought it would be rude not to drink it at a good time! After the second day, the aroma becomes rounder and the sweetness increases. I tried it with seared wild mahata (salted), kampachi kama, and various other osechi dishes, but it seemed to work best with white meat fish. It was also good to drink it with salt only, although I only drank a little because it looked bad for my health. I enjoyed the change in taste and aroma depending on the temperature as I drank it slowly, and I think it was the first time I drank a bottle of sake with such care. It was a good experience for me.
