It is Jikin Tokkami Omachi. I won the lottery, which I thought there was no way I would win anyway, and for the first time in my life I bought such an expensive, good, and special sake. I was very worried about when to drink it and what to drink it with, but since they shipped it at such a good time, I thought it would be rude not to drink it at a good time! After the second day, the aroma becomes rounder and the sweetness increases. I tried it with seared wild mahata (salted), kampachi kama, and various other osechi dishes, but it seemed to work best with white meat fish. It was also good to drink it with salt only, although I only drank a little because it looked bad for my health.
