This is the first sake made from the white of Hyakumangoku, the sake rice of Ishikawa Prefecture.
It still has a strong rice flavor, but also has the fruity aroma of a ginjo.
Both my wife and son said it was delicious.
The Junmai Daiginjo Arabashiri was my favorite of Tedorigawa's sake, but it was comparable in taste to the Junmai Daiginjo.
