This is the first sake made from the white of Hyakumangoku, the sake rice of Ishikawa Prefecture. It still has a strong rice flavor, but also has the fruity aroma of a ginjo. Both my wife and son said it was delicious. The Junmai Daiginjo Arabashiri was my favorite of Tedorigawa's sake, but it was comparable in taste to the Junmai Daiginjo. At home

On the way home from a concert, my family and I stopped by a sake store. The waiter recommended this sake when I told him I wanted a dry, crisp sake without specifying the brand. It was indeed dry, but with a modern feel, and was rather well received by my wife and son. I enjoyed it very much.

I thought it would be very spicy since it was described as "super-hot," but when I drank it, I found that it has a fruity aroma and a clean aftertaste, so I think it is good as a food wine. I think it would go better with food than the recent juicy sake. ‼️

It leaves a sour aftertaste. It is truly a lemon squash for adults. You don't feel like you are drinking sake. I think sake beginners will find it easy to drink. But for those who have been drinking sake for a long time, it may be a bad idea.
