It is an easy-drinking sake.
The glass cup on top of the Masu was filled with sake that overflowed like yesterday's rough waves at Cape Ashizuri, and we were treated to more sake, which we enjoyed with pleasure.
It was smooth and really easy to drink. The bonito tataki, fresh sashimi and seafood feast satisfied me.
In the morning, the cherry trees visible from the buffet were beautiful and in full bloom.
