Inspired by the previous day's Senkou, I was looking for a sake with a fresh feeling, and the liquor store recommended that I try Abe, so I bought it. This sake also has a moderately fresh feeling, and the sweetness after the acidity is irresistible. I was surprised to hear that this is the smallest sake brewery in Niigata. It is good to drink various kinds of sake in a 4-pack bottle!

いがむし

I drank it for the first time. I always drink plain dry sake, so it was a shock to my taste buds. Sweet and sour, fruity, delicious.　It was a 100% satisfying sake. I'll buy it again!

いがむし

I couldn't drink it at the cherry blossom viewing so I bought it on my way home! I started off drinking it cold, but as it got to room temperature, the aroma increased. I would recommend drinking it lukewarm.

We received it as one of the hometown gifts. It was a delicious dry sake typical of Niigata.

The warmer it is, the more Junmaishu-like it becomes, and the better the mouthfeel!

Slightly surprising carbonation, refreshing sourness, fruit? A lactic acid drink? It's a very tasty sake with a hint of lactic acidity. It seems to be a new type of sake not often found in Niigata. I'm glad I was able to buy the last bottle.
