ABE Junmai vol.4 "Alc.12%" Low alcohol Junmai sake of a popular brand. Purchased at IMADEYA GINZA in Ginza, Tokyo Refreshing aroma with hints of muscat and rice. Gaseous and rounded on the palate. A moderate aftertaste with a harmony of sourness and sweetness. The gentle taste, which is not typical of Echigo-Tsumari sake, left a good impression. Consumed on a trip and shared with friends from my student days Personal favorite: ★★★★★

寫樂 Junmai-shu (Unfiltered Nama-shu) "Alc.16%" A popular brand from Fukushima. Purchased at "Komiyama Sake Shop" in Totsuka, Yokohama Banana-like sweet aroma. Slightly gassy and smooth on the palate. The taste is structured with sweetness and acidity in harmony. Easy to drink, but 16 degrees Celsius is not suitable for my body. Consumed over several days at home Personal favorite: ★★★★
