"Super Limited Edition"? Buy the label without thinking I'm not very good at judging color, but I think it's a little shiny. The sensation through the nose is not flashy, but it is pleasantly refreshing. We start with a sense of anticipation, wondering what kind of sake this is. In the mouth, it is well-balanced and has no peculiarities in a good sense. Even so, the flavor of the sake spreads in the mouth, which is as expected of Iinuma Meijo. It goes down the throat as smooth as you would expect. The aftertaste may not be as long as you expect, but it is an interesting bottle. We took the plunge and paired it with Parmegiano Reggiano 36 months, and it is a wonderful marriage. It's a moment of admiration for the perfection of sake that allows such discoveries to be made.

I mistook it for a daiginjo because it had a ginjo aroma that I liked. I couldn't find the same label on the brewery's website. The aroma that passes through the nose is sweet and reminds us of the high sugar content. When you put it in your mouth, the ginjo aroma that is released spreads comfortably. I think the feeling that clings to the tongue is a characteristic of sweet sake with a high sugar content. In the throat, the sweetness is mixed with a faint bitterness in good balance, leaving a lingering aftertaste. The sharpness can also be classified as good. Therefore, it is a very good line as a food sake. At the restaurant, steak is served with wasabi. Stewed liver. The cheese is Parmigiano Reggiano. We had dishes with such a robust flavor, and it was a perfect match. Because of its high sugar content, I don't think it's suitable for heating sake, but I'd like to buy some and try it.

Beautiful drink. First prize! The aroma that penetrates the nose, the smell that spreads in the mouth, the feeling that clings to the tongue, the comfort and aftertaste as it passes down the throat. I enjoy all kinds of sake on this axis. On this axis, the sake is in perfect balance. I describe this as a beautiful sake. I think it is one of the best in the world brewed sake category. It can be enjoyed as a sake-within-a-serving. If you like heated sake, try it warmed on the skin. I think it's "OK", but let me know what you think.

The Royal Road of Daiginjo Kuroban Yamada Nishiki 45% polished rice The ginjo aroma that runs through the nose has depth, and the sense of weight on the tongue and the lingering aftertaste after it has passed down the throat are sure to please Daiginjo lovers. It has a good habit of Yamada Nishiki and overflows with sweetness. It is a bottle of high perfection. If you want to use it as a sake-within-a-sake, it would be better to pair it with leafy vegetables. It is served chilled.

Strong Ginjo Sake At Osaka Sonezaki Shin Kitaryu, I asked for a sake with a strong ginjo aroma, and they recommended this one. I couldn't feel the ginjo aroma in my nose. But when I took a sip of it, the explosive power was amazing. It has a strange taste that seems to concentrate the flavor of sake, and I had it while imagining how it is brewed. It's a drink that makes you realize that this is a brewery with real power. Of course, as a sake-within-a-sake, it will not destroy Hokuriku's cuisine. If you want to pair it with food in the cold season, lukewarm heating seems to be the best match. Let us know what you think of it. I knew that Hokuryu-san had undergone a facelift, so I wanted to revisit. Thank you for a wonderful time.

At this price, whoa! High level Daiginjo This is a sake with a "rich ginjo aroma. The aroma on the nose is good, and the feeling of opening in the mouth is perfect. The feeling on the tongue is heavier than that of the "Kuroryu Shizuku". It also has a strong sense of solidity. It is a good value bottle.
